As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s real estate operations, managing critical back-office functions that directly impact agent success. You’ll leverage your Spanish and English language skills to enhance communication, streamline data management, and support marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Handle bilingual communications, crafting professional emails and messages in Spanish and English
- Perform meticulous data entry, focusing on agent profile updates and client information management
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns using tools like ListReports to support agent growth
- Monitor and maintain effective client relationships through proactive CRM management
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in developing and maintaining efficient administrative workflows
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights for business enhancement
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM management and data entry, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required)
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
