As a B2B Healthcare Specialist, you’ll spearhead our client’s expansion into the healthcare sector, connecting innovative management consulting solutions with organizations eager to boost revenue and enhance customer retention. You’ll leverage your expertise in prospecting, lead nurturing, and relationship building to identify and engage key decision-makers in healthcare B2B companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for healthcare with your sales acumen, making meaningful impacts in an industry ripe for transformation. You’ll work closely with a team of seasoned consultants, gaining invaluable insights into the healthcare sector while honing your business development skills.
- Conduct targeted prospecting within the healthcare sector using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, articulating our value proposition effectively
- Convert cold leads to warm prospects through strategic communication and follow-ups
- Schedule high-value meetings between potential clients and our consulting team
- Manage and update lead information in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Transform LinkedIn data into CSV format for seamless CRM integration
- Collaborate with consultants to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and market insights
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or consulting sectors
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

- Flexibility to adapt to a growing business environment
