B2B Sales Representative (ZR_18967_JOB)

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM Sydney time (20 hours per week)

Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50-100 per day) to potential clients, articulating our recruitment services and value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm

Set 15-30 qualified appointments per month, facilitating meaningful connections between our sales team and prospective clients

Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, text) to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities

Maintain meticulous records of all communications and outcomes in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and enabling informed decision-making

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to close straightforward deals, demonstrating initiative and sales acumen

Collaborate with the lead generation team to refine targeting strategies and improve the quality of prospects

Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and ideas to enhance our sales approach and performance

Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with diverse decision-makers in the warehouse and food industries
Scope:

Make 50-100 cold calls per day

Achieve a specific conversion rate from calls to appointments (to be determined)

Provide daily reports on calling activities and outcomes

Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and performance
Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting, preferably in a service-based industry

Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively

Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain high energy levels throughout the day

Proficiency in using CRM systems, VoIP software, and other sales technology tools

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable with video calls and virtual presentations for client interactions

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets

Basic understanding of the recruitment industry and staffing solutions (preferred but not required)

Ability to align work schedule with Australian business hours

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
