Responsibilities
:- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, focusing on previous contacts and deals
- Set up appointments for the internal sales team
- Manage and update the CRM system with lead information and interaction details
- Overcome objections and re-engage prospects who weren’t ready to commit previously
- Prioritize and manage a list of leads effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or insurance sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Resilience and persistence in following up with leads
Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
- Remote work position
