B2B Appointment setter

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client’s market presence. You’ll engage in high-volume outbound calling to introduce our client’s IT and telecom consulting services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be setting quality appointments for the company’s subject matter experts and consultants. • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses, introducing our client’s IT and telecom consulting services
  
• Set quality appointments for subject matter experts and consultants
  
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities
  
• Maintain and exceed daily call quotas
  
• Utilize CRM systems to manage and update customer information
  
• Collaborate with the consulting team to effectively communicate service offerings
  
• Provide valuable market feedback to refine sales strategies
  
• Adapt to evolving sales approaches and company offerings
  

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications
  
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone presence
  
• Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  
• Basic understanding of IT and telecom concepts (preferred)
  
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or Chinese) a plus
  
• Adaptability to different sales processes and quota structures
  
• Comfortable with a base salary plus commission compensation structure
• B2B  Outbound Sales experience required
• SaaS or Tech related experience is a plus
