Assistant Invoice Handler
We are a small alternative financing firm looking for an Assistant Invoice Handler. We operate at the intersection of finance, real estate, insurance, and law. Our goal is to help our clients get paid upfront for their invoices related to property damage insurance claims.
The Assistant Invoice Handler will work closely with company leadership to ensure that all invoices are appropriately handled. This person will also play a critical role in collecting payments for invoices and ensuring that all invoices we process meet our standards. Comfort and willingness to speak on the phone for extended periods of time is required. Because we are a small and growing, there is room for growth and additional responsibilities in the company for the right candidate.

Skills We Are Looking For
– Basic computer skills
– Basic Microsoft skills
– Experience in Salesforce is a plus
– Spanish speaking is extremely helpful
Responsibilities
– Maintain data records for invoices submitted and purchased in CRM
– Upload and track documents associated with invoices
– Assist with underwriting process to purchase invoices
– Make collections calls to insurance companies for payment of invoices
– Follow up on tasks for purchasing and collecting on outstanding invoices
– Maintain clear and organized notes about the status of each invoice
– Some basic client communication may be necessary
