Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and
results-driven Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team
by initiating contact with potential clients, managing customer communication,
and coordinating project details. The primary responsibilities of this role
include cold calling to set appointments for senior team members, answering
inbound phone calls, updating our CRM system, following up with leads to
convert them into customer orders, and coordinating project details between
customers and contractors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have
excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential
clients to schedule appointments for the sales team. - Phone Support: Answer incoming calls from clients and
potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as
needed. - CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain customer
information, lead status, and appointment details in our CRM system. - Lead Follow-up: Follow up with warm leads to move them through
the sales funnel and initiate customer orders. - Project Coordination: Communicate with customers and
contractors to coordinate project details, ensuring all parties are
informed and aligned on schedules and requirements. - Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns
related to orders or project details. - Administrative Tasks: Assist with other sales and
administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth
operations.
Requirements
- Previous
experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships over the phone. - Experience
with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a strong ability to
manage and update data. - Proven
ability to cold call and set appointments with potential clients. - Strong
organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. - Attention to
detail and a focus on accuracy when handling customer data and project
details. - Self-motivated,
with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity
with the sales process and lead conversion strategies. - Experience
working with contractors or in a project management role is a plus. - Proficiency
with basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
