Appointment Setter – Recruiting Business

Scope:
-
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time with 1 hour unapid lunch break

Primarily focused on setting appointments with associate-level attorneys across the United States

Utilize VoIP technology for calls and Calendly for appointment scheduling
-
Work within our Recruit CRM system to manage and update lead information
-
Performance-based structure with opportunities for bonuses based on successfully set appointments
Responsibilities
-
Make outbound calls to potential attorney candidates following initial email contact
-
Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers (associate-level attorneys)
-
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services

Schedule appointments between potential candidates and our senior recruiters
-
Update our CRM system with call outcomes and new contact information
-
Follow up on leads and manage a high volume of calls daily

Achieve and exceed appointment setting targets
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in B2B or B2Professional appointment setting, preferably in a professional services industry

Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
-
Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections

Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Resilience and persistence in a high-volume calling environment
