Role Name: Appointment Setter (Real Estate)
- 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (9PM-6AM PHT)

As a Cold Caller for our innovative real estate wholesaling team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Your primary focus will be on making high-volume calls to FSBO property owners across the nation, aiming to secure potential deals and set appointments for our closing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the real estate market, hone your communication skills, and directly contribute to the company’s growth. - Make a minimum of 100 cold calls daily to FSBO property owners nationwide
- Quickly respond to newly listed FSBO properties, aiming for immediate contact
- Utilize provided scripts to effectively qualify potential sellers and properties
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads directly onto the company calendar
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Strive to achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointments set
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategies and progress
- Adapt calling strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
- Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics and terminology
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone systems
- Ability to work full-time, adhering to US Eastern Time zone hours
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and capacity for independent work
- Goal-oriented mindset, aiming for 500-1000 calls per week
- Ability to book approximately 3 qualified appointments per 100 calls
- Collaborative spirit to work with the core team on refining lead qualification processes
