Job Description
Become an integral part of our expansion strategy as a Cold Caller / Lead Generator in the dynamic ready mix concrete industry. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, connecting with contractors and construction companies to identify new business opportunities. This role offers a unique blend of sales, relationship building, and industry insight. You’ll introduce our premium concrete solutions, priced competitively at $195 per yard, to decision-makers in the construction sector. Your efforts will directly contribute to the development of Metro Atlanta’s infrastructure and skyline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to contractors and construction companies
- Identify upcoming projects requiring concrete supply
- Present our ready mix concrete solutions and competitive pricing
- Gather and record crucial project and contact information
- Nurture leads and maintain relationships for long-term business opportunities
- Update and manage our customer database with new leads and insights
- Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies
- Handle inbound inquiries resulting from outreach efforts
- Adapt calling approaches to effectively reach decision-makers
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Ability to work part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and building rapport quickly
- Basic understanding of the construction industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and VOIP technology
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong time management and organizational skills
