Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a B2B Appointment Setter, where you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing our client’s groundbreaking AI solutions to potential business partners. As the initial point of contact, you’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to pique interest and build rapport with prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, provide engaging introductions to the company’s AI product and pre-configured demos, and confirm the correct contact details for seamless follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients and partners across the United States
- Deliver compelling introductions about the company’s cutting-edge AI product and tailored demos
- Engage in friendly conversations to gather accurate contact information for sending demo details
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings to facilitate further discussions and presentations
- Meticulously log all call activities, next steps, and prospect information in the company’s CRM system
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Active listening and strong interpersonal abilities to connect with prospects
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and accurate data entry
- B2B Sales experience preferred with Healthcare experience
