Appointment Setter – Payment Processing Solution

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Canada and the US to introduce payment processing solutions
- Explain the benefits and features of payment processing services to business owners and decision-makers
- Identify qualified leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and lead information in the company’s CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in B2B sales
- Basic understanding of payment processing or financial services industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport over the phone quickly
- Resilience and positive attitude in the face of rejection
Scope
- Monday to Friday, flexible 7 hours a day within the typical Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones
- Target businesses in Canada and the United States
- Focus on promoting payment processing solutions to various types of businesses
- Work remotely as part of an offshore team supporting North American sales efforts
