Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to businesses with upcoming insurance policy renewals
- Introduce Farmers Insurance and gauge interest in competitive quotes
- Set appointments for insurance agents or facilitate live transfers to the agency
- Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate value propositions
- Update contact lists and maintain accurate call outcome records
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and appointment-setting goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of business insurance concepts
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt conversation flow
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5pm Pacific with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Provide daily reports on call activities and outcomes
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance and strategies
- With performance-based incentives
