Job Description
Embark on an exciting career as an SDR/Appointment Setter in the dynamic world of home improvement. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, using your persuasive communication skills to set quality appointments and even close sales on high-value products like roof ventilators. Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging outbound cold calls to residential clients, using your charisma and our proven scripts to spark interest in our roofing services
- Set high-quality appointments, ensuring both decision-makers are present, to maximize the potential for successful sales
- Showcase your sales prowess by offering and selling roof ventilators over the phone when opportunities arise
- Qualify leads with precision, gathering crucial information to set the stage for our field sales team’s success
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless information flow and follow-ups
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for appointments and sales, driving the company’s growth
- Adapt swiftly to script changes and new strategies, staying at the cutting edge of our sales approach
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead handover processes and boost overall conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, with experience in home improvement or roofing industry highly valued
- Exceptional phone presence and communication skills that can turn cold leads into warm prospects
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections with grace and navigate challenging conversations to positive outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry, with a keen eye for detail in maintaining accurate records
- Resilience and an unwavering positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment
- Ability to work full-time hours (8 hours per day with 1-hour unpaid break) between 9 AM to 6 PM Australian Eastern Time
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the drive to achieve consistently and exceed targets
- Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies, scripts, and sales strategies
- Basic understanding of roofing services and home improvement products, or the willingness to learn quickly
