As a High-Ticket Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging your nursing background to qualify leads and set appointments for senior team members. - Qualify leads through Zoom calls, phone conversations, emails, and text messages
- Conduct initial consultations to uncover client needs and pain points
- Book appointments for qualified leads with senior team members
- Handle objections confidently during sales conversations
- Manage and organize an efficient calendar of appointments
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through thorough follow-ups
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Adapt to new technologies and sales strategies as required
Requirements
- Confident and friendly personality with a talent for building rapport
- Appointment Setting experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong objection handling abilities and resilience in a sales environment
- Experience in high-ticket sales or appointment setting (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in using various communication tools (Zoom, email, phone systems)
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and sales approaches quickly
