Appointment Setter (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical)
Responsibilities:

Make 100-200 cold calls daily to potential clients, including med spas, medical spas, and weight loss clinics

Book appointments or gather contact information for follow-ups

Manage and update lead information in Excel spreadsheets

Follow up with leads via email when necessary

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set or leads generated
-
Provide clear and concise information about our product range to potential clients

Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of all interactions
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries

Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections

Proficiency in using Excel and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong internet connection and quiet home office space

Flexibility to work U.S. business hours, considering time zone differences
Scope:
-
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Remotely based, reporting directly to the company leadership
