Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on businesses utilizing QuickBooks for their invoicing needs
- Craft and deliver compelling pitches that highlight our billing software’s seamless integration with QuickBooks and its efficiency-boosting benefits
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and appointments between qualified leads and our expert sales team
- Identify and qualify high-potential clients who use both QuickBooks for invoicing and Intuit for credit card processing
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups within our state-of-the-art CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine pitching strategies and enhance lead qualification processes
- Contribute valuable insights gained from client interactions to help improve our sales approach and product offerings
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and engaging phone manner
- Foundational understanding of QuickBooks and general invoicing processes in various industries
- Previous experience in B2B sales or appointment setting is highly valued but not mandatory
