Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 10am to 7pm Eastern (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Contact previous customers to solicit reviews and referrals using the provided scripts
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to potential clients from pre-selected phone lists
- Schedule and manage new appointments using company software
- Perform follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using CRM software and appointment scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Appointment setting, cold calling experience required
