- Create and manage targeted lead lists using industry-specific parameters
- Conduct strategic outreach via email and phone to potential clients

- Schedule appointments for qualified prospects with the sales team
- Provide concise, accurate information about our cybersecurity and IT services
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Hit or exceed targets for quality appointment bookings and lead generation
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your cybersecurity knowledge and outreach skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts (training provided)
- Prior experience in appointment setting or cold calling, preferably in a B2B tech environment
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
