Appointment Setter – Auto Trucking & Construction
Scope:
- Target a list of approximately 100 companies, with potential for expansion
- Work within specified time zones, likely aligning with Central Time
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and leads generated
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
- Adapt to potential future expansion of responsibilities or hours
- With performance-based incentives
- Monday to Friday, flexible 4 hours a day within 8am to 5pm Central but needs to avoid 12pm to 1pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the auto trucking and construction industries
- Inquire about current mechanical and fleet service providers
- Introduce our company’s services and special offers for new customers
- Set appointments for services such as safety checks and oil changes
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Switch between different company scripts as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a related industry
- Ability to work part-time, potentially 4 hours per day, 5 days a week
- Strong listening skills and ability to overcome objections
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and persistence
