Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. You’ll connect with potential B2B clients across Canada and the US, introducing them to our innovative marketing solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend sales skills with digital marketing knowledge, positioning you at the forefront of the industry. You’ll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and play a crucial role in our company’s growth trajectory. Job Highlights:
• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: 9 AM to 1 PM Toronto, Canada time (9 PM to 1 AM in Manila time)
• Client Timezone: CA

Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted cold calls to B2B prospects in Canada and the US
• Qualify leads based on their marketing needs and budget potential
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with promising prospects
• Articulate our range of digital marketing services effectively
• Record detailed client requirements and feedback
• Manage and update lead information in spreadsheets
• Execute follow-ups according to our established sales process
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead statuses
Requirements
• Excellent phone communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology
• Quick learner able to grasp and articulate complex client needs
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data entry and management
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable with a performance-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the dynamic field of digital marketing
