Appointment Setter – A.I. technologies (ZR_17568_JOB)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM-7:00PM Ontario Canada Time or 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time with 1 hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
• Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system
• Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company’s criteria
• Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs
• Capable of dialing 100+ outbound calls per day
• Book at least 1 sales meeting per day
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in telesales/appointment setting
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone
• Experience with call scripts and hitting call targets
• Proficient in English communication skills
• Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections
• Background or interest in A.I. technologies is a plus
