Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be on the front lines of the renewable energy movement, identifying and engaging potential customers for solar and roofing services. Using state-of-the-art tools like Google Earth, you’ll uncover prime opportunities for solar installations and initiate contact with homeowners. This role offers a unique blend of research, technology use, and sales skills, allowing you to grow your expertise in the booming renewable energy sector. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s expansion, setting the stage for in-house sales representatives to close deals and bring clean energy to more homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Google Earth to pinpoint ideal properties for solar installations across specified counties
- Conduct thorough research to gather homeowner data and contact information
- Execute outbound calls to potential customers, delivering compelling pitches to secure appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring seamless information flow
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends
- Meet or exceed appointment setting targets, contributing directly to company growth
- Collaborate with team members to refine lead generation processes and share best practices
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly for phone-based interactions
- Ability to work full-time during New York business hours
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using Google Earth, CRM systems, and other digital tools
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and research
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
- Previous experience in appointment setting or inside sales is advantageous
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable home improvements
