Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to update their information in the company database
- Identify and remove outdated or irrelevant entries from the customer database
- Schedule appointments for window cleaning services
- Establish recurring cleaning schedules with interested customers
- Leave voicemail messages for customers who don’t answer, following provided scripts
- Provide daily or weekly reports on call outcomes and database updates
- Follow provided scripts for different call scenarios
- Update customer information, including addresses and service preferences
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual skills a plus)
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using customer database systems and basic computer skills
- Patient and persistent approach to making multiple calls
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week minimum)
Scope:
- Make outbound calls to a list of existing customers
- Update and clean the existing customer database
- Convert one-time customers into recurring service clients
- Schedule appointments for window cleaning services
- Potentially expand services to new customers through cold calling (if required)
- With performance-based incentives
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Central
