Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Florida Time (9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time) with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Calling potential clients
- Scheduling and confirming client meetings
- Following up with potential clients after consultations
- Filing documents with courts
- Creating documents from templates
Requirements
- Great conversational English
- Smart and able to follow instructions
- Can have a professional phone manner
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with My Case or able to learn legal software
- Had greate customer service experience or US law firm experience, doesn’t have to be both but it’s a plus.
