- Develop and maintain efficient file systems to keep our records organized and easily accessible
- Craft professional quotations for clients, showcasing our services effectively
- Generate clear, concise reports to support decision-making processes
- Provide vital administrative support to keep our team operating at peak efficiency
- Act as a key communicator, facilitating smooth interactions between clients and team members
- Manage schedules and calendars to ensure optimal time management for the team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite, with the ability to navigate digital tools effortlessly
- Experience with file management systems and a knack for creating organized, efficient workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional interaction with clients and colleagues
- Strong time management abilities and a talent for juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Enthusiasm for collaboration and the ability to work effectively with team members across various departments
- MUST be willing to work onsite (Quezon City near SM North) once a week. NO transport allowance.
