Administrative Assistant – Marketing Industry (ZR_17604_JOB)
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the agency’s operations
- Manage repeatable processes to free up time for business partners
- Assist with communication and coordination between team members
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the marketing agency
- Support multiple business partners by taking on repeatable tasks
- Contribute to the efficiency of the agency by managing administrative processes
- Adapt to various administrative needs as they arise within the organization
