Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant in this fast-paced setting, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations for a multi-faceted entrepreneur. Your role will involve managing a busy calendar, handling important communications, and tackling a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll interact with professionals in the entertainment industry, coordinate events, and ensure smooth business operations across multiple ventures. Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a complex calendar, ensuring efficient time management for a busy entrepreneur
- Handle critical phone calls and communications during UK business hours, including liaising with government agencies and financial institutions
- Research and reach out to industry professionals such as videographers, photographers, and venue managers for entertainment-related projects
- Execute and prioritize daily tasks based on morning briefings, working independently to complete a diverse range of assignments
- Maintain and manage an evolving to-do list, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and efficiently
- Assist with general administrative duties including email management, document preparation, and basic financial tasks
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in standard office software and comfort with learning new digital tools
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional ad-hoc requests
- Basic understanding of or interest in the entertainment industry, particularly event management and DJing, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining clear communication with the client
- Comfortable with remote work and managing time effectively in a virtual environment
