Administrative Assistant – Healthcare Industry (ZR_17621_JOB)
Responsibilities:

Manage and update client information in the Capsule CRM system

Return phone calls and handle client communications professionally

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
-
Track and follow up on client referrals
-
Collect and organize client documents for benefit applications
-
Set up and manage recertification tasks and reminders
-
Assist in preparing Medicaid and VA benefit applications
-
Ensure all processes adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Capsule CRM
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance (training will be provided)

Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
Scope:
-
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Florida Time, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Remote work with occasional team meetings

Manage communication with clients, healthcare providers, and benefit agencies

Handle sensitive financial and health-related information

Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes
