Job Highlights:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm EST with 1-hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
• Provide a day-to-day assistance with calendar management, task scheduling, setting up appointments and emails
• Attend meetings and take minutes, notes, and action points
• Set task priorities for different teams, following up on progress and providing regular updates to management
• Help with expense reconciliation and bank account management
• Assist with Payroll process
• Work on office administration tasks as directed and needed
• Manage internal documents, marketing materials, and online folder organization
Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With at least a year of prior experience working as an executive assistant or in an equivalent role
• Proficient in MS office suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience or interest in the Healthcare servicing industry
• Experience at least basic bookkeeping
• Experience in assisting payroll and recruitment processes
