Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the business owner

Assist with marketing efforts and competitive research

Schedule appointments for qualified prospects

Handle customer service calls throughout the mortgage process

Learn about mortgage processes to effectively communicate with clients

Manage and organize sensitive client information with strict confidentiality

Use CRM systems and dialer software to manage client interactions and data
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Proficiency in using computer systems and willingness to learn new software

Customer service orientation with a professional phone manner

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner with an interest in the mortgage and financial services industry

Previous experience in mortgage or financial services is a plus, but not required
