Key Responsibilities
- Oversee document management and processing through PandaDoc
- Efficiently navigate and utilize the Microsoft 365 suite
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team using Microsoft Teams
- Maintain and update client records accurately within our CRM software, insight
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is advantageous
- Proficiency in financial management practices
- Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven approach
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and modern computer equipment
