Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive data entry tasks across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Orchestrate complex scheduling for various teams and set up critical reminders for deadlines and events
- Spearhead email management, expertly filtering spam and prioritizing urgent communications
- Conduct professional phone calls with potential customers and suppliers, representing the brand with excellence
- Create and maintain a robust digital filing system for seamless document retrieval and organization
- Collaborate on cutting-edge social media strategies to boost brand presence and customer engagement
- Act as a vital link between restaurant managers, facilitating smooth administrative operations across all locations
- Support exciting franchise development initiatives, contributing to the company’s expansion goals

Requirements
- 3+ years of Admin, Personal or Executive Assistance experience is required for this role
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Experience in the catering program development industry
- Above average English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in email management and proficiency with standard office software
- Proven track record of superior organizational skills, with a talent for effective multitasking and prioritization
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the dynamic hospitality or restaurant industry
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking proactive measures
- Tech-savvy professional with a knack for quickly mastering new software tools and platforms
