Admin Assistant – Parts Agent – (ZR_17602_JOB)

- 9am to 6pm Miami, Florida, USA, Eastern time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila TIme) with 1-hour unpaid break
As one of our Parts Agents, you’ll embark on an exciting journey to become an expert in our wide range of innovative products and the ever-evolving apparel decoration industry. With your unwavering dedication, you’ll ensure our customers’ satisfaction by swiftly resolving issues and providing practical solutions through our primary communication channels.

Assist customers in finding the correct spare and replacement parts via communication channels, whether it be internal or directly with the customer.

Answer customer’s inquiries via phone call,

Order processing

Assist with parts estimates to customers and current staff when needed

Answer general questions about Embroidery machine issues using knowledge obtained for about spare and replacement parts

Assist current service technicians in the field with day-to-day needs
Requirements
-
Have previous experience in a spare parts management in any industry, the embroidery industry a PLUS
-
Willingness to learn and understand the knowledge of embroidery machine parts

Ability to work with and understand Microsoft Suite, while also having strong computer skills

Passion for delivering excellent customer care.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a busy, face-paced environment.

Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
