Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney Time (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our digital marketing, sales operations, and customer service functions, with a focus on sporting schools program administration. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, digital marketing expertise, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Sales
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- Manage and maintain marketing and sales databases
- Design and create marketing assets (e.g., brochures, landing pages)
- Implement and manage automation workflows in HubSpot
- Conduct cold calling campaigns and lead generation
- Perform cross-selling and upselling activities
Customer Service & Administration
- Provide customer service support
- Administer the sporting schools portal and process grants
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Support general administrative tasks
Key Performance Areas
- Campaign execution and management
- Customer service quality and response time
- Sales lead generation and nurturing

- Database accuracy and digital asset management
Requirements
- Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing and sales functions
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
