Responsibilities:

Send outreach messages to service providers and business brokers

Manage and update business listings on the platform

Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries

Guide users in registering their businesses on the platform

Review and approve business listings

Maintain a calendar for social media posts and marketing activities

Report daily on outreach activities and progress

Follow up with interested parties to ensure successful onboarding
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in data entry and basic administrative tasks

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks

Comfortable with making and receiving phone calls
-
Basic understanding of social media and content calendars

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with VoIP systems and online communication tools
Scope:
-
Reach out to thousands of service providers across multiple states
-
Manage listings for various types of service businesses
-
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text messages
-
Coordinate with team members on marketing and outreach strategies
-
Contribute to the growth and expansion of the platform
-
Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
