Key Responsibilities
Champion Employee Relations
- Guide employees on contract terms to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Conduct probationary evaluations with managers, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Address and document employee concerns, managing cases professionally.
- Handle disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to maintain high service standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed on voluntary benefits for independent contractors.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding discussions, ensuring proper transitions.
Manage Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee government contributions while working with the Payments team.
- Be the go-to person for all benefits inquiries and updates.
Handle HR Reports & Special Tasks
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of client-requested reports.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate HR issues
- Up-to-date knowledge of government benefits and compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Work Setup & Perks

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MNL)
