What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing financial tasks. You might be the perfect fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- You have 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar administrative role.
- You’re proficient in Google and Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- You have experience with financial reconciliation and maintaining accurate records.
- You possess excellent time management skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes and benefits).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the preparation of financial information.
- Recording payables and scheduling payments.
- Supporting month-end closing activities.
- Reconciling and maintaining records of monthly financial transactions and statements.
- Assisting with invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Developing and maintaining consistent checks and balances for financial accuracy.
- Performing other finance-related tasks as required.
Work Setup & Culture
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MNL) and 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (MNA)
- Location: Work from Home
