Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients using our outsourced staffing services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by resolving issues and challenges effectively.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to fulfill client staffing needs.
- Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure ongoing performance and satisfaction of outsourced staff.
Qualifications
- Strong HR background with a proven track record in driving outsourcing growth.
- Experience managing client relationships within the recruitment, staffing, or BPO industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing client needs.
- Reliable work-from-home setup, including:
- Minimum of 25 Mbps postpaid internet (for a two-member household).
- Personal computer with admin access (i5 processor or equivalent, 8 GB RAM).
- Noise-canceling headset and HD webcam.
