BruntWork Pre-Employment Screening Policy


This Policy applies to all prospective BruntWork agents, whether for employment or independent contractor roles, located in the Philippines, Colombia, or any other country where BruntWork operates.

1. IT Standards

All BruntWork agents must have personal computer equipment that meets our minimum IT standards, including software, hardware, and internet speeds, unless otherwise approved. Specific requirements will be provided during the recruitment process.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement

All BruntWork agents are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as a part of their employment or independent contractor contract. This Agreement protects sensitive information pertaining to BruntWork, our clients, and our business operations.

3. Reference Checks

Potential BruntWork agents must provide professional references, if requested by BruntWork clients or our recruitment team. By providing these references, the candidates consent to BruntWork conducting verification checks.
